Services:

Medical Legal Consulting: Dr. Czerwein is available from the beginning to the end of a legal case, which includes providing independent medical examinations (IME) and provide expert testimony in the event that the case goes to court.

Medical Legal Record Review: Dr. Czerwein will review medical records and provide a summary and opinion letter, along with analysis of the case (upon request). Expert Witness Testimony: Dr. Czerwein can serve as an expert witness for in person court appearance if required. 

Telephone Conference: Dr. Czerwein is available for telephone conferences to discuss cases.
